Value Process

The Value Process takes our built environment apart, examines each element, identifies optimal pieces, and places these pieces in optimal relationships.

Options Analysis documents design parameters and compares itemized costs to facilitate design decisions.

Drawings, narratives, itemized scope, and discussions are compiled and documented with relevant cost data in order to fully understand all the attributes and ramifications of various options.

Life Cycle Costing compares different options over the life of the building and provides estimates of how long it will take a system to pay for itself.

Our cost control process identifies items that may require further study in the form of a Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Variables include discount rate, initial and replacement costs, maintenance and repair costs, energy and water cost.  We utilize energy and water consumption data, energy models, maintenance schedules, and utility rates.
